I am from South Africa, where the attitude to Fluoride Supplementation is very rational.
For a Public Health policy that has been proven to work for a century, I am stunned that the UK holds back on its implementation.
I think this is a lovely product and have been instrumental in helping children have access to this back home.
You have to speak to your dental professional FIRST and you need to speak to your water board to establish the level of fluoride in your tap water. Remember, cooking water has fluoride in it in high fluoride areas.
