I am a firm believer in home tray based whitening. I have provided it for literally hundreds of patients with considerable success. There is minimal sensitivity when it is used with fluoride enriched whitening gel (Illumine).
There are however times when I need the convenience of rapid whitening - before a conference or gala. This is where Crest White strips come in to their own as they do not require to be kept in the fridge and are in convenient sealed single use pouches.
